Managing stress is something we all need to consider to maintain our health and fitness and to learn how to unwind and relax.
Yoga is a gentle practice for health of body, mind and spirit. Handle stress, manage pain, become more flexible & improve your mind.
Class format:
After a 15-minute relaxation and interesting titbits of information on a broad range of topics, the physical class begins with gentle warm-up exercises to suit all levels of fitness.
Then a meditation session follows, so with a calm and centred mind, the class can flow into classic yoga postures before a 20-minute deep relaxation.
All Matthi’s classes are filled with insight, love, learning and laughter.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat, blanket & water bottle.
