Her style is eclectic and embraces knowledge from all her teachers, including Howard Kent (Yoga For Health Foundation) Swami Muktananda, Swami Satyananda, Swami Jankananda, Acharya Upendra Roy and Yogeshwar Muni.
Matthi is also a trained Shiatsu Practitioner using acupuncture points and Chinese Meridian System.
Coupled with her universities studies of Human BioScience, Nutrition, Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy, each yoga class is filled with information on your health, happiness and how to manage stress.
Matthi is invited to travel around Australia teaching workshops or yoga retreats. Topics include personal development, stress management, mandala making, dowsing and metaphysics.
She is currently working on a book based on all her research into the benefits of yoga and other techniques that free people from their suffering and aid in self-transformation.
